| The Master of a tanker has reported to the UKMTO that two explosions were heard whilst transiting in the Strait of Hormuz 9nm southeast of Kumzar, Oman (exact position not specified). The vessel and crew are reported safe and no environmental damage has been reported. UPDATE: The UKMTO have reclassified this incident from an Attack Warning to an Advisory. Following a review, it was determined that the intended target could not be conclusively identified.
