Open-sources have reported that a Tanzania-flagged cargo vessel was struck by a Russian Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) whilst operating near the coast of Odessa, Ukraine. The vessel, owned by a Turkish maritime company, had eleven Azerbaijani nationals among the crew. Reports indicate that casualties occurred amongst the crew members as a result of the strike. All crew members, with the exception of the captain who remained aboard, were brought ashore in Odessa. Their condition has been assessed as satisfactory.
