Open-source reports state that one Unmanned Surface Vessel measuring three metres wide has been discovered off the coast of Istanbul, Black Sea (exact position and time not specified). The Unmanned Surface Vessel has since been secured by the Turkish Navy. Reports indicate the Unmanned Surface Vessel may have been equipped with explosives. A yellow and green emblem was seen on the vessel which could indicate Ukrainian origins. UPDATE: Further information has been received, confirming that the vessel was three metres long by one metre wide and appeared to be a converted Waverunner watercraft. Images show that there was a camera fitted above the handlebars with other sensors connected, and an antenna mounted in the seating area.
