| It has been reported that there has been a suspicious approach on a tanker while underway approximately 120nm Northeast of Bosaso, Somalia. Three skiffs and a mother vessel approached the merchant vessel. The speed was increased, anti-boarding manoeuvres were adopted, and the armed security team displayed their weapons on the bridge wings. This caused the perpetrators to stop the approach and the vessel continued her transit. | |||||
