The master of a Denmark-flagged tanker has reported being approached by a small fast boat with a large antenna, crewed by three persons (exact time not specified) approximately 350 nm East of Socotra. Following the approach this craft turned away and returned to a slow moving, thirty metre long green fishing vessel which had a further three speedboats travelling at its stern. All vessels appeared to be acting together. No weapons or ladders were seen.
