| The UKMTO have reported that a vessel has been attacked approximately 70nm East of the port of Djibouti (exact position not specified). The authorities are currently investigating. UPDATE 1: The UKMTO have received further information from the Master stating that there was an explosion in close proximity to the vessel. No damage has been sustained to the vessel and there are no injuries to the crew. The vessel is proceeding to its next port of call. UPDATE 2: Clearwater has also received further information confirming that the vessel involved in this incident was a United States-flagged oil tanker. | |||||
