| It has been reported that a cargo vessel transiting through the Indian Ocean noticed a medium sized vessel ahead acting suspiciously. The suspicious vessel then launched a small boat which proceeded towards the vessel and followed for approximately 20 minutes when a further small boat was sighted approaching. The Master increased speed to 16.5kts and carried out evasive manoeuvres by altering course to the South at which time the small boats stopped following. No weapons or ladders where sighted. The Master reported that all crew safe. Vessel is continuing on its passage. | |||||
