| The UKMTO has reported that they are aware of an incident approximately 50NM West of Hodeidah, Yemen. UPDATE 1: Company Security Officer reports they lost contact with the cargo vessel, believed to have been boarded by unknown persons. Authorities are investigating and the incident is ongoing. UPDATE 2: CSO reports the vessel has been taken to Hodeidah, the vessel's updated position is 14° 56' 32 N 042° 53' 40 E. UPDATE 3: Open source reports state that the crew of the Bahamas-flagged vehicle carrier are no longer onboard the vessel and are being kept in a hotel. The Bulgarian Transport Minister confirmed the crew are all safe and that it is hoped they will be able to return home soon. | |||||
