| It has been reported that there has been a suspicious approach on a cargo ship while underway approximately 160nm West of Eticoga Island, Guinea-Bissau. Three small crafts approached the merchant vessel to within 0.9nm, the vessel implemented evasive manoeuvres, and the crafts aborted their approach. The vessel and crew have been reported as safe. Clearwater have received further information that the vessel involved in the incident was a Liberian-flagged bulk carrier. | |||||
